- works kind of closely alongside the political counselors behind the scenes, helping them maintain and upgrade their technology and tracking/data-collecting systems. not particularly happy that the 'government' is trying to phase technology out among the public, and probably constantly tries to pitch reasons why limiting communication and the advancement of tech might not actually be a good thing.
- believes that the prophecy could be a legitimate thing, and that preventative measures should be taken to ensure the safety of the planet. why are we letting such dangerous people walk free? why are we putting the fate of the world into the hands of children?
- doesn't necessarily have anything against the Evils themselves, but would like to see some kind of precautionary measures put in place by political counselors. believes the Evils should be monitored more closely than they currently are - perhaps required to reside in a 'government' facility, senses dulled and tongue stilled.
- this is not to say that he wants them to be treated like animals, but essentially, to him, it's like someone declaring they might commit mass murder at any time, but doing nothing about it to ensure it doesn't happen.
